Sun SpotsA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)I
can see clearly In
the face of the sun That
the clouds are an illusion, Covering
the truth about The
sky’s loneliness. In
reality the truth Was
there all the time, For
blue is blue And
it only rains When
the mask Can’t
hide the tears. When
the day breaks Blood
runs cold Across
the world Inside
the sunset’s painting. For
art imitates life, Life
thinks nightfall Is
the end, But
nightfall is just a break In
the world’s sins. Then
when sunrise comes To
shed some light On
what is to come We
will see that it is Really
up to us, Depending
on what side Of
the bed we wake up on. © 2019 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
