The Vision

The Vision

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

An angel sat down beside me and began talking to me about imperfections as if she was talking to herself.

I looked into her eyes, smiled and asked in a light hearted tone, “I thought angels were perfect?”

I saw a tear glide down her face before she was able to pluck a feather from her wing and wipe it away.

Then I understood without another word being said.

She disappeared into the breeze.

dear Dale... quite a celestial tale... you never know when you are entertaining an Angel unaware... “she was able to pluck a feather from her wing and wipe it away” “she disappeared into the breeze”. Sometimes Angels can be “a people whisperer”. Amen
truly, Pat

Thank you Pat for the kind hearted review. So glad you like it.
i think it is the imperfections that make anyone perfect...Angels reflect us or vice-versa...and we certainly are far from perfect...we are human...

i like your angel, a lot.
