Fizz Of The Jungle

A playful ditty about the new kitty

The house is her jungle,

Roaming the floors

With the speed of a jaguar.

Climbing living trees

And curtain vines

While pouncing on the feet

Of the local natives.

Her adorableness is so fierce

That everyone lives in fear

Of smiles and laughter.

She is so stealth

That she could be gone

Before you can react

To her playful attacks.

Living with her on the prowl

Is a burden that is

A pleasure to live with.

JEALOUS!!! I had a cat one time but she ran away recently to join the ferals that live down by the creek. For that little while, I do remember so many of these feline pleasures, perfectly itemized in playfulness. I’ll never do another cat. I’ve always been devoted to dogs & bunnies.
