In The Market For Poison?A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
When the heart is forced To take a
commercial break Acts of love do not
stop And wait for the
program to return.
Meds for this
illness Looks good when advertised But only provide a temporary
healing With long-term
consequences.
For the pain is
artificially numbed But your life loses
peripheral vision And you’ll become
deaf To the truth
conspiring with lies.
So hold firm to
your roll In God’s reality
show Until the ratings
are larger Than the number of
the beast. © 2017 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
