Ohhh nice write indeed. Falling (like the autumn leaves) for the one. Yes yes.. I am walking around in awe at the moment, the landscape seems like a firework explosion stood still. Thanks for this, I must get some cocoa in :)

Well thank you so much... yes this is the right time for cocoa... and cuddling under the blanket.
I like this very much. good way of looking at things. I always have a difficult time in the fall- not necessarily the beginning of fall- more or less after the leaves have turned and the trees grow bare. we go from the gorgeous newness of the green spring to bloom to lovely lovely fall.. then it is as if the world turns black and white. such is life tho- we also go through these cycles and hopefully falling for the one, in all of its beauty- becomes a winter of burrowing beneath blankets not alone. good write, very positive way of looking at the changing seasons.
"Seasons may change, but not true heart that cares."
Your poem speaks of the changing of season as compared to falling for the right person. Sometimes you are not so aware a season has passed and another one is there. I agree that sometimes love was developed until you become aware of it.
Great and well-written!
Oh Dale, you paint a glorious picture of how glorious it feels to fall into the arms of Autumns beauty. Divinely captured the falling into love-of the season..absolutely beautiful..

Thank you so much tiny dancer. So glad you liked it.
dear Cowboy.... Chimneys coming out of
hibernation is a quaint sensation with the
sound of geese flying to warmer locations.
The breeze and mists of romance paint an
autumn of falling for the One...
in shades of Mango madness. I love
your poetry where feelings are restless
leaves falling. truly, Pat

Thank you so much. Your review has flattered me so
lust creates that bonfire, and could cause a brushfire of passion that burns us out...but that one beautiful falling leaf...if we can capture that and hold it...our life will be refreshed and our heart will be able to start over.
It's better to be dead and cool than alive and uncool
