I'm Reading The Stairway To ImaginationA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
Slowly I ascend, Relishing every step And the change of
view From the last… Looking back now and
then To see how far I
have come, Contemplating the
differences Of where I’ve been And where I am, Realizing just how
far My creativity can
see.
Every sentence Expanding my view As I go from A peephole To a panoramic view Of what the world
can become Using the magic that
is inspiration.
Now as word architects Of the past have
done for me I want to do for
those Building a staircase To a room with a
limitless view.
Slowly I ascend The stairway of
imagination Cause you can’t rush…
