If I go with the

Devil I know, will I feel

The burn or chill out?

"Another questionable senryu" is a perfect description. Sometimes I read your very short poems & it seems they are not always written for maximum impact . . . but then there's always a hidden meaning that keeps the reader lingering longer, trying to find out what's behind the rather simple sentiments. In this case, that hidden bomb is "the devil I know" . . . which could be many things, each reader bringing his/her own monsters to the table.

tilts head to side...then quickly to the other side so her brain doesn't roll out. Sometimes you read something and call it good, and sometimes you read something and it talks to you and you feel compelled to talk back. My immediate thought was "Wow, Dale. I don't know. That's a good question."
