PhotoshopA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
My oh my How different you look In this photo you texted me, It has been so long Since I've seen your face I almost didn’t recognize the
woman Inside the frame.
Looking more beautiful Than when we first met, And so much sweeter Then the beast that once Tore me to shreds years ago.
Those cheeks a lovely shade of
pink, Your teeth not as sharp As I remember, Looking closely I cannot see the sharp claws That once made up The end of your arms That you used To tear rip my heart out.
Making over your soul Looks so good on you…
Oh no what just happened? God here we go again, Crimson spewing from my chest, So quick like a cat And cunning like a snake, I couldn’t see you striking Until I began to bleed To death.
Now as I lie here Gurgling my last breath, I marvel at the technology Of photoshop; Being able to make One of satan’s minions Look just like Angelic grace. © 2014 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
