One Way Ticket To Love(Eternally)

Oh how I love you,

I don’t need to count the ways,

Only one is truly important;

Tis not from the depth of my heart,

Rather through the grace of freewill

That I give you my unconditional feelings.

 

Support and loyalties

Are gifts from my human nature,

The true meaning of

Understanding and respect

I received through the generosity

Of your belief in me

In times when I

Should have incited disbelief.

 

Teaching and learning

From one another

Is what truly connects soul mates

Without being wrapped in mental chains;

For there is nothing greater

Then the intellectual connection

Between a couple,

Except the emotional connection

They share.

 

Those two elements entwined

Become the gasoline and fire

That intensifies the sexual attraction

Into a bonfire of untamed desire.

When the three components are lit

Into one flame that

Becomes a torch no storm can tame.
