The world is a crazy ride

And life is in the driver’s seat.

Don’t let someone else’s dreamcatcher

Turn into a web of lies

For you to get caught in.

Avoid the corners of your mind

Where these traps hide.

Enjoy the freedom

Of roaming the unexplored

Parts of your brain

Where you have options

To move in any direction.

Feel the rush of thinking for yourself

And the power that comes from

learning from your mistakes.

Fear is just a four-letter word

But life is a word that can’t be defined

And neither should you.

There's so much wisdom in this poem, Dale; tis nothing complex or unreachable, it's knowing yourself and being content in your own skin. So many people want to be more physically, mentally, financially - become over-ambitious, get so tied up in changing selves they forget what living life is all about! Those folk lose themselves to vie with surroundings and surrounders; and, clone themselves in the process. Your thoughts lead so smoothly to those two final lines..
