A Mystery That Shall Remain

A Mystery That Shall Remain

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

Midnight stars die

In the presence

Of the full moon.

Foggy skies hide the pain

Of heaven looking down.

Sunrays wipe away

Any trace of sadness.

The Earth’s cycles

Recycle every emotion

In the book.

When you turn the pages

All the important words

Are scratched out

Leaving you to wonder

What are the real motives

Of the man in the moon.

i wonder what his motives are..he is suspicious..especially on those nights when the clouds appear to hide them...but i do like how the earth's cycles give us a chance to refresh our emotions.

Thank you… I woo like how the Earth gives us a chance to start again.
The man on the moon hold great mystery. I enjoyed your tale in the poem. How the sun, stars, moon and earth rotate is a amazing things. I wished we were content for the opportunity to watch the stars and the moon. The man on the moon must be amazed at the foolishness of men actions. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
