The wind

The wind

A Poem by Deadbob
"

something that has chased me for over 30 years.

"

Why? asked the boy to the wnd as it tore through his life, laying waste to all

the wind had no answer

Why? asked the young man as the wind came in it's thunder and pain

again, the wind quieted, for it had no answer

Why? asked the old man as the wind came, again, killing all before it

Because, said the wind, because.

Deep, dark, and thought provoking!! Great symbolism. I think we've all asked those questions at points of our lives and never got an answer. We may as well been talking to the wind!!
