Departings,

u come into this world to part with the rest,

as soon as you come in, your left behind,

no one there, no one to help,

you depart from future, past, and present,

departure from time, and life itself

 

Left behind, no one to trust,

no one to help you find what will, and be your life departure

 

Alone you stand,

departing shadows,

Alone you are,

unwanted, yet frail

 

You prepare alone, stand alone,

for life's departure

Cool poem. A lot of the time we feel like we're in this world alone. But after a while we find that we aren't. I liked it though.
