I woke up well before I usually do and thought of my girlfriend. We share a bond unlike I've ever felt with anyone in life...and I felt the urge to write this.

I woke up for a while. First thing on my mind was you. All I could do is smile. Then again that's nothing new. You brighten up my day when I'm battered or dead. Your happy face gives me drive. You make me wanna get ahead. Your love makes me feel alive. Your gorgeous smile warms my heart. I am yours and you are mine. Your soul is a work of art. Courtesy of God's design.
