The people's samurai

The people's samurai

A Poem by dead dreamer

A man of honor.
A man of flame.
He takes responsibility.
He takes all the blame.
He loves the rain.
He hates the storm.
His eyes were wet.
His heart was warm.
He judges himself.
His heart commits treason.
They always ask why.
He has no reason.
When your heart shatters.
You're all that matters.
He'll pick up the parts.
Like the oldest of arts.
He'll put them together and give you a feather.
You'll grow your own wings and fly in all weather.
He fights for the freedom of all of the others.
He hates no one. They're his sisters and brothers.
He's a strong and kind soul.
When he's acting the fool.
Like death on a page.
A fable's his rage.
When it's all said and done.
He fights for not one.
As each day passes.
He fights for the masses.
He won't tell a lie.
He won't pass you by.
He's a very strange guy.
He is Samurai.
