Celestial

Celestial

A Poem by devon

I wish to

Hang the stars

On a string

Around my neck.

I dream of

Suspending planets

From my ceiling

By threads.

I long to

Count every speck of

Hazel in the brown

Of your eyes.

How every inch

Of me aches

To seize

All that is

Celestial.

Nice parallel. Your work has an unassuming simplicity about it that quietly reveals a bright mind at work.
