when there is nothing

when there is nothing

A Poem by Danelkahr

When there is nothing.

When there is nothing left to say I just sit back and

cry then become prey to the eyes of vultures.

The pain runs deep and the thought of going through

a pain that is not worth it, brings tears to my eyes

because nothing keeps me smiling.

Yes; the feeling of being without him was strong

enough to destroy the nest I had built.

 His love was a sweet melody to my ears; it played till I fell asleep.

He roared his love out and I heard it from a far distance.  The

way he gave it to me was an undying love of puppies;

I craved his love like a vampire craving blood.

I knew not what to expect till one day it came down to me

and I was left with my mouth wide open from amazement.
