The truth

The moment I welcomed you in my heart was true.

Waiting for your call if not message was what I did

to make it through.  The very first day I starred in your

eyes and pooped out a spark was true.  Nothing I did

to you but you showed me love.  Being with you,

I thought was true fela ne ke tshetswe ka phure mahlong.

Smiling my heart out prior to the love I

felt was in my mind the moment of truth.

Cut my mouth off earthly things trying to live only but the truth.

Denying my heart and soul happiness

because of the truth you presented before me.

The truth that destroying my self-esteem,

and was put on a vulnerable position for vultures to lambast.

Finally at the end, it was right under my nose.

The truth was discovered yet not revealed.

Desperate time called out loudly and

wrote the truth of my heart and now it’s

burning like the flames of the fire in hell.
