Ahh...meeting a handsome stranger's gaze...

Let your gaze sweep...
across the world
like glazed beams, rising
 with the mountain sun

mixing with rare
February rains,
stirring dull aches

evoking sighs
upon calm lips of afternoons

disturbing constellations
of winter skies,

blanketing,
dark blue winds

let it swing...
across the wild,
an insatiable lust for adventure,
love, and miracles

brushing against..
all things bewitched

let it stain
 a thousand cheeks pink,
set aflutter
a hurricane of hearts,

let it skim
over beautiful faces, spring blossoms...
and open seas...

but stop....breathless
 upon me.
