How to love

love me loud &&proud

and in the street at light

love me with no fingers crossed

and all promises kept tight

love me with that things that beats

within in your fragile bones

love me when i am with you

and whenever you're alone

love me when your friends do not

and they've told you i'm a lie

love me enough to tell me so

and figure out if i'm tongue tied

love me through the frosted winters

hazy springs and autmn days

love me in the summer time

cause that's the best time love is made

love me when you kneel and ask

for me to marry you

love me 10 years after that

and all the years that follow through

love me enough to lie to me

but know when to tell the truth

love me in my golden days

as you so did in my youth
