My Muse has Gone

My Muse has Gone

A Poem by Dave
"

Loss of inspiration

"

My words will not come.
My muse she went away.
so my inspiration it died that day.
hollow words are all that remain.
my passion has fallen into disarray,
an emptiness inside,
my soul i cannot hear.
A writer without words.
i shrink away.

good. But it really feels like you are trying to force the flow of this poem. Try not to end every line of every poem with a comma, period, semicolon, etc. A poem tends to flow better if it runs in time with regular speech. keep writing - best of luck

I like...I see what Casey means about the flow.....but it also seems as though it was intended to be this way.

Simple, factual statements, put into verse

Keep it up~
