Streets

Streets

A Poem by David Jackson
"

What is streets really to you? It's something you can intuition in your mind, face it or observe the way of life. Also, you can compare it in every setting to see what is it really?

"
In us we believe, don't we?
Sleep no, backache always,
Roll a bit, get a blow,
What is life really?
The red lights glow but Street gives a part on them,
Despite full of talents, ignorance have been their light from those concerned,
Mingle together though in chains, because the society advises with chases and fights,
In mind we belong, fractures nope yet lucid smile.
Soft music sounds but can't dance,
What is the society really up to?
Who are the caregivers?
Me, you, him, them or her,
Humanity has been forgotten due to class differences and many more,
Give us peace, they say,
Show us candid love, they say,
Give us better healthcare, they say,
Protect us, they say,
We can't be without you!!
Because together we are, conjoined by the red blood not by color, nationality, e.t.c.
