Winter

Winter

A Poem by David Keith

I walk out my door,

Into Wintersmorning dark,

freshly fallen snow on the ground,

My street is still,

warm, windless,

The whole earth is empty

yet full of warmth and life,

and I am the only man in it

I definitely have to agree with Matthews down there, the ending caught me the most. I kind of wish this would've been longer, so that us readers can visualize the scene better. Good write. :)
