When it rains,

when it pours,

when you doubt,

when it storms...

When you can't,

when I won't,

when we say

but we don't...

You're everything I ever need,

the only song I'll ever bleed.

The only one I'll ever want,

the treasure in my treasure hunt.

The air I breathe and song I sing,

the one I love, my everything,

and in the dark my shining star

is everything you ever are.

When it's dark

without a spark,

when our hearts

are in parts...

When we love

but we forgot,

when we're stuck

but we are not...

So when our words are arrow darts

and our blood smears are painted arts...

When I don't know what to say,

but still I hold you everyday...

When we both will start to cry,

I'll kiss you counting butterflies.

If you're all I ever get,

I know that I'll never lose it.

So take my hand and count to two.

I will only ever love you.
