Twilight

Twilight

A Poem by Ryan Henderson
"

another poem put together by me.

"
Here we are, far beyond the distant cries,
But now all we face, are the endless lies.
through the uncertainty and tainted consciousness we climb,
now we have found the nostalgic time.

Through the pain, your tattered life will fall,
and all this time, you were looking for a wake up call.
with someone to walk hand in hand,
in dreams of endless time.
Those dreams, the endless dreams of pain inside.

But now the time has come, and you are free once again,
to walk this familiar, lonely road in vain.
sometimes your dreams turn into dust,
but who's there to blame?

Try not to forget, and to understand,
that your life will slip through your figures like sand.
get back on your feet,
you've got one more chance to make it right this time!
The reason you stand here, it's your will to live and to reach for the stars.
