Eagle

Saw an eagle the other day and wrote a poem about it

Soaring through the cloudless sky

colored in a spotless blue

Over the mountain tops

even the tallest of peaks

Sailing across the raging seas

and the peaceful lakes

Swooping down in currents of air

gliding up, higher and higher

into the atmosphere.

Grace and beauty

bold and courageous

The eagle is spectacular.
