I remember the day when you said to me

'I am all sad and i am all lonely',

And i couldn't help but think, that is not true,

Because my pretty girl, i am so in love with you,

Then you said you couldn't help but cry,

And that your whole life, seems like a giant lie,

But guess what? i'll make it feel true,

By making you fall in love with me too. 

I will take away the mask that you are wearing,

I will climb over the wall that you have built,

I will create for you a brand new start,

And tiptoe right into your heart,

Then i will help shatter the walls,

And take your feelings down from the shelf,

And we can then walk off together,

And we will side by side, forever. 

On every list i have ever sent,

You are the gift i'd love to get,

The gift that i'd always treasure,

The gift that i would never forget.

I say this defines true love...the one who will stay by your side no matter what and do whatever in their nature to make you happy. They will be there to protect you whenever you feel in danger, to wipe your tears when you cry and be by your side whenever you feel alone. To know that person is there whenever you need them, day and night...how they drop everything in their life just to be with you, that is true love I say. No questions asked.

This is so sweet and beautiful and loving! I also noticed the mistake that Erinne commented on, which is quite an easy fix. The second stanza was my favorite I think, it was really descriptive and detailed and just overall, extremely sweet. Great job with this (:

"And we will side by side, forever." This line is in the fifth stanza and you forgot the word 'be'. My only critique and quite an easy fix!
