Beautiful Outside

Beautiful Outside

A Poem by DarrinReay
"

I'm not sure what the meaning is to this poem, i've had it on my memory stick for about 3-4 years and i have just found it again! I hope that you enjoy it.

"

The light shines through the window,

And it is beautiful outside,
The birds sing and the wind blows,
And it is beautiful outside,
The sun rays beam down on my face,
And it is beautiful outside.

And i try to get you to follow me,
Right across the borderline of love,
And we fall; we drift apart; we fall in love again,
And the process repeats itself putting us through the pain,
The pain of losing somebody;
The happiness of getting them back,
And i still try to get you to follow me,
Right across the borderline of love.

The clouds are whiter than sheep wool,
And it is beautiful outside,
The waves crash against the pier,
And it is beautiful outside,
Everybody goes for a swim,
And it is beautiful outside.

And i begin to follow you,
Right across the borderline of love,
And we fall; we drift apart; we fall in love again,
And the process repeats itself putting us through the pain,
The pain of losing somebody;
The happiness of getting them back,
And i still begin to follow you,
Right across the borderline of love.

Because it is beautiful outside,
It is beautiful outside,
The sun shines down on your pretty face,
As we stand here in this familiar place,
The birds sing songs and we are here,

And it is beautiful outside.
