Waiting

This is different than my other stuff. It explains how i have felt and it relates to other people that i know. Maybe it relates to you? I hope that you like it.

I know how it feels. To be alone; to be scared; to feel like the only person in the world hurting,

That feeling is a lie,

There are others out there, waiting for the day when they can find the strength to stand back up;

Waiting for the courage to move on from the things that are keeping them down;

Waiting for the day they can smile again.

And if they wait, if they wait just one more day,

If they can make it through these tough times,

Then somebody will come along and make everything okay again,

All we need in life is somebody who needs us back;

Somebody to make it all better and we all just need a little help,

Help to overcome our fears;

All we need is that one thing,

All we need.. is you,

Your love;

Your heart;

Your warmth;

All we need is to feel alive again.

I know this feeling...of being scared and feeling like I'm the only one hurting while everyone around me seems happy. Sometimes, I don't understand why I get like that...but it's a part of life and we all have our low points. I've reached plenty of mine, I tell ya. We can never fight our battles alone, we always need and should have someone by our side to help fight. To help protect us when times get hard and when we feel we won't have the strength to make it out alive.

I love this, I really do.. The message that it gives, along with all of the feelings and emotions... This is beautiful. I can totally relate. Feeling alone and hurt... Like no one cares what you're feeling. But then that one person, they can come along and change everything, this is exactly what happened to me..
