Everything Is Going To Be Okay

This is the first time i've tried something like this, please let me know what you think and what i can approve on. I hope you enjoy!

You told me there was light at The end of the tunnel,

   So why can i just see the Darkness?

                                         Why are the walls closing in; Crushing the life out of my body,

The pain is never ending and i Can't hear my soul screaming;

                                             I can't hear it begging for help;
                                   I can See it reaching to my heart trying to say...

                                       'Everything is going to be okay'.

                          Everything they said to me was all just a lie,
But i know that today Is the day i don't fall for it anymore,
                      I am going to forget all of them,
               I am going to become a new person,
           I am going to be who i want to be,
Sure i pretend to be okay, but it is what i believe,
I believe that Everything is going to be okay.

The structure here is a bit confusing but the message is positive and sound. The phrasing is solid. It's not one of my favorite of yours but it is an interesting read.
