Past

I know that i have have broken

My own fair share of hearts

But that is in the past

Do not let that keep us apart

Do not listen to each story

That people have about me

Because the truth be told

I don't have a heart which is cold

And i am not like a loaded gun

I do not kill hearts for fun

There is only one thing that i do

And do you want to know what it is? 

The only thing that i do

Is that i love you.

I love this part:

This poem is so cute and sweet, telling that person to forget about your past and take the chance, risk it, and hope it will turn out well. I think a lot of people can relate(: great and absolutely beautiful write!

That is really deep. I like this poem because its not about hurting people in the present. Only in the past and i have done the same thing.

Dr D is right...the style has to be determined...It is a good idea to remember that Do NOT can also be written as Don't..cuts out a syllable in a stroke

I'm sorry, but I get what ur going through. more recently though, most of my poems have been about my ex-best friend, i miss her though i wish i didn't.
