I know that I have made mistakes in my life,

I have hurt a lot of people that I know,

But what you gotta understand,

I had no intention to do so,

Over the years I haven't been a good person,

Somebody I didn't like and others thought so too,

But all that has changed now I met a special someone,

A special someone just like you.

I just don't want to be somebody that you will always remember,

I really want to be somebody that you will never forget,

Because everything that we did together and how you made me feel,

Made you the most beautiful person that i had ever met.

Do you really want me to go and leave your life?

Cause you know that is what i will do,

But only if you can find another special someone,

A special someone who can love you.

And i just want to say one thing,

That is all i want to do,

I am so sorry for hurting you,

and i love you.  

I know i didn't give you loads of attention,

Even though you deserve all of mine,

When i hug and kiss and lay down with you,

Everything goes from bad to being good again,

Now that i have given you pain.

This seriously lacks credit and I don't know how but you need to put it more out there, By all means don't sell yourself short but this is extremely beautiful and deserves a hell of a lot more credit than it is receiving.
The remorse just bursts from this piece and it is described so beautifully.
