Guardian Angels 😇

always watching over us

They are there,
but we don't always see
They are there,
watching over you and me

We may even meet them,
but may never know
How they watch over us,
and protect us so

They can be anyone,
even someone we just met
They could be your friend,
your neighbor, or even a pet

Just always remember,
even though we might not see
There are guardian angels,
watching over you and me

I'd only been walking for a short time when I locked myself in a refrigerator. About the same time, I wandered off into deep water as the family splashed about in a creek. The current got me and was taking me downstream, when dad looked around and saw my disappearing feet sticking up out of the water. From there, my near-misses continued on into adult life. Yes, I can tell you for sure that I've got a guardian angel, maybe two. Perhaps, as you say, they dwell in my heart, for they're certainly never far away.
