the gift of repentance

Sometimes when we sin,
it may not be our intent
Know that our sins are forgiven,
when we simply repent

Redeemed by His blood,
a cleansing of our souls
His salvation and His grace,
prepare us for life's roles

Redeemed by His blood,
and held forever in His arms,
A second chance at life,
the devil can no longer harm

His love is unconditional,
and it is given to us for free
He spread His arms wide,
dying on a cross for you and me
