Street warfare

Street warfare

A Poem by B. Lee Leger (Thug-Angel)
"

In being privileged through speaking of the dirt that could get some people hurt. Conception blu-ray masked seminar.

"
Under organized crime are street gangs formed into various names and provincial area codes. Most street gangs become formed in federal prisons. While in prisons organized crime control the institutional drug trade through various street gangs who solidify their connection with organized crime. Although a small portion of prisons drug trade function through independent drug traffickers.

As the last biker war between HARM was amongst themselves as tensions between the two globally still remain. Within Canada tensions are but just reasons needed. The next conflict between HARM will be too achieve national dominance and over time global domination. The conflicts will be of full organization warfare through organizational structure. From the kilogram sellers and buyers too the pound buyer too the ounce half ounce quarter ounce and eightball all the way down too the flap sellers and crack dealers.

1. Through spies or spy within the opposite organization one must only strategise with the combat engineer within the organization in conflict to prevent the opposition from placing a spy within his structured organization ie not the second in command.

2. By using strategic planning through the acquired intelligence gathered by the spy infiltration on the oppositions tactics.

3. Through gathered intelligence on the opposition one has too let build the oppositions full organizational structure into full form.

4. Once the organizational structure of the opposition is in full form one will begin to see the weaknesses and strengths too both exploit and strategicly test. I.e. test the chosen strengths to get a reaction and wait for the opposition too reform a newly conformed structure. Through this test one will focus on the restructure of the entire organizational structure.

5. By targeting the oppositions drug stash houses and cash stash houses  one is disabling the oppositions ability to receive revenue back into their structured organization. With a few targetted stash houses per month the opposite organization is strategicly stressing the rigidity of selected full patch members of the opposition.

Through luring the opposition in a group or separate groups into various parts of the city where the opposite organization controls the various elements of skirmishes through strategic planning.

1. By luring the few group's of street level dealers into traps set through ones intention of multiple street level purchases. Dealers become robbed of drugs cash and cellphones. Through this strategy the opposite organization has the oppositions drugs and new clientele funneling funds back into the opposite organization.

2. Through the skirmishes on both the organized crime level and street level the conflict must be set into assessed levels of phases based through the full view of strategies on the conflict from both organization's.

3. Through each set phase strategized rigorously it is of most importance that the opposite organization must not stay within the strategized phase through strategic criteria. Being set at first phase without progression will let the opposition reset and strategise with their escalation into the next phase without progression both organization's will react to demonstrate reaction.

4. By targeting the oppositions principal importer one cuts their supply and for a period of time as the oppositions organizational function will cease. Through this tactic both organization's importers are both the strongest and weakest link as their suppliers are also a weak link as the international drug trade function may seize opportunities shown for the taking.

5. Through potential opportunities shown an international drug lord or kingpin may put their own spy in place to seize the moment for a high paid sweep. Through the sweep only one organization remains triumphant and eternally reigns.
