It was worth it

Whether you see it or not

The sadness makes you stronger

Helps you begin again

 

Endings open doors to beginnings

Tears wash away the pain you’ve always hidden

Opening our eyes to the great unknown

Revealing a dream that you’ve always dreamed of

 

I know you’ve laid your head

On that same tear ridden pillow

Hiding within the pain that consumes you

But like the kid you’ve always been

You’ve got dreams that you fight for everyday

Fighting to reach the our dreams
