They say,"Time heals all wounds,"
but we all know, that's not really true.

For the man who lost his wife and daughter,
to a horrible murder
do you think that he will ever
find it in his heart to forgive him or her?

For the women who's heart was broken,
by a man or woman alike,
do you think that their heart will ever fully heal
or will it fester there
so that she can always feel?

And for me, when I saw the look on his face,
as he passed from life to death,
or heard the news that she was dead,
from an overdose on meth.

I can tell you from expirence,
that sometimes time,
only makes the wounds ripen and ooze.
