What Gose On During A Low

In a low one may ask what happens?

Fear takes over your world

Like the moon takes over the night

Your world grows dark and morbid

Filled with a flood of depression

The flood knocks you down

Worries that people hate you and want to leave you behind

Leave you like an abandoned child in the dark of night by their mom

Self harm, Self harm, Self harm thoughts

Run through your head like a speeding cars

Driving down the road becomes hard

You start to get ideas of racing down the road

Without a care in the world in the back of your head

Until a police officer pulls you over

He asks to see the medication your on

To prove that your Bipolar

Your mood becomes a bad temper

You become bitchy

This is what happens during a low
