I am curious, is this supposed to be about the book "Twilight" by Stephenie Meyer? If not, well then, it could be. I am a big Twilight fan, and I really thought this fit Edward and his family.
You are a talented writer by the words that you chose and used to craft "Twilight".
Thank you for reviewing a piece of my work.
I like poems that make me think, the kind that I have to read 2 or 3 times to decide what I think they mean (I never like to ask an artist what they meant by a piece, and I never like to be asked, I find each piece should say different things to different people).
This poem to me is about Forbidden Love. But what do I know?
Love it love it love it...you are good. I like your poems so far. I haven't read any stories yet because I don't have the time to fit that in on weekdays. I might read some during the weekend. From what I see from your poems, I believe that I'll find your stories very interesting.
i love the way you've described your hatred and vengance. true the theme of "monsterizing", as Yuval put it, has been used many a time but when someone can take a common metaphor and twist it in a unique way... well that's what great writers are about. Excellent.
The subject of humanizing our bad feelings, turning them into monsters ('monsterizing' if you will), is an old and common practice, used by most writers at some point in their work (even in mine in more than one occasion).
Why do we choose to make this comparison? there are other horrible things in this world besides monsters. Is it that we're so afraid of these feelings that the most obvious thing we can compare it to is something a child fears from, a fear that's essentially fear of the uncontrollable and unpredictable, a fear of something unknown?
I like how you've managed to capture the reader's senses in describing your monster - you've really added some creative dimensions to it, yet managed to keep most of it's form up to the reader's own imagination, which is definitely the way to go with a subject like monsters - fear is so individual.

How delightful. What a way to describe darkened feelings. There are many of us that have been victimized by such a monster, and may not even know it.
As with most monsters, unseen by those who dare not look.
Excellent work.
this is really great and funnily enough the words i find best to describe it are dark and twisty. the only thing i would change is in the line
"Lust and vengeance tainting its each breath"
i would get rid of the "its" you don't need it and it makes it less powerful.
good job.
