I hate it here. 

My music can't block you out. 

You drink and drink. 

Not caring about anyone else. 

And here I am going to be. 

Stuck in this awful place with you. 

I feel like I'm living in a cage. 

A plastic one. 

That no one can hear me scream through. 

You can't see. 

What you do to me. 

How much it hurts me. 

I want him here... 

To protect me. 

Or I want to be there... 

Away from you. 

I'm just tired. 

Of living under a tyrant.

I remember a time my dad left and my mom would drink every waking moment. She would yell and cuss and judge me and my brother and sister. She would invite the neighborhood over just to end the night being dragged away from the cops like a spoiled child to her room. She would steal money out of our savings jar just so she could buy beer and she didn't give two ice cream cones where me and my siblings were as long as we were under her thumb..
As you can see this brought back some memories, haha. I'm sorry you had to go through something similar. v.v
