Holding back tears. 

Fighting the urge.

You know what it's like to. 

Miss the one you love. 

But when that person. 

Is literally. 

Your second half. 

And your whole day. 

Every hour. 

Every minute. 

Every second. 

Is spent with them. 

"Missing them." 

Becomes far from what you feel.

I don't get the whole missing part....but I do get that you feel like your heart is being torn apart piece by piece, you might not get over it soon, but eventually you will.

How do you think it is for Trav and I...? Sure, maybe it's lovey teenage bull that we think we're soulmates, but why do you think I call him penguin? Because it literally feels like half of me is gone when he's so far away...so yes, I can actually understand what you feel right now...because when I miss him, it is sooooo much more than simply, well...missing him.

It's like a void right? Like this thing that sucks every drop of sunshine into it, this thing that sucks your very soul into it, because it hurts that much to be away. Hurting isn't even an accurate word to describe it...

I do know how you feel. And I'm sorry for your pain. But you'll see them again. And it all will be better. And if anything use that as your goal, use that as your strength to get you through, the thought that even if they're not there right now, they'll be there again. Count down the days, hours, minutes if you have to. But keep that in mind because it's the only thing that can keep your head above water.
