A Poem by Suavis_Umbra

I sing to myself the words of a muse.
I amuse myself with a sea of ink.
I voyage myself onto a great boat and
I travel with my hand and,
I set the sails
***
I go west,
Where all is full of a viper's nest.
The poison might kill you
And turn your soul darker in hue.
However if you follow the mountain's clue,
of the tree-trunk snake..
The west might be,
More than a heart's ache.
***
I go east,
Where a sinner's mind is sanctum.
Here is not west where pain is surrounded,
Here you can hear nature's drum.
The sum of a concept is required here,
Whoever enters becomes the puppet of a
puppeteer.
***
I go South where all is warm,
and the ink flows in many complexions,
and the sandy seas flow full of many objections.
I live in the middle of the sandy desert,
I resurrect as "Phoenix" and become born.
I live in the sands , and the sky above.
I am inside of you when all is torn.
***
Touch the frosty wind and then you shall know,
that you have arrived in the cold north.
All is dead and frozen in time.
Where the only sin is not to climb,
Above the mountains where the sun shines,
and discover the miner's signs.
Dig down deep and you will discover,
and you will cry tears of joy;
and you will see what has never been seen.
Directions are pointless,
If your heart is unclean.
