Timeless Chapter

 

That occasional spark

From the empty character

To subdue all the anger

Born within our very core

 

I cast my soul

Forever in denial

To the timeless chapter

Of the fazing void

 

These tunes of suffering hearts

Quelled in torrents of grief

The reasoning of hollows

The frozen end that screams

 

I cast myself

Into this keep

To nullify all the evidence

Of abstraction

 

You walk now on a dreary path

With a caravan of cleft wills

Under pale stars and a haggard moon

You stray there chasing a shadow

The veneer of solace

 

I cast my soul

To the timeless chapter

Into this keep
