HiA Story by Daniel DoughertyThe Joke's On You
So for how long did you think that you could run? Not very far considering the time you spent. You've hardly covered a mile after all these years. So much of your life was whisked away hiding under barrels in dark alley-ways where hookers convene with their clients. You should call it hiding in plain sight, but the type of escape you were utilizing didn't matter to you at the time, you were scampering for safety. But I caught you. And the joke's on you. I came to say, "Hi."
Funny, no? You thought of the torture and the pain I would belay. You, the tramp hidden away in your hometown, didn't deserve even that. So...I came to say, "Hi." It will leave you in misery for the rest of your pathetic existence. The Devil himself will vomit your pathetic carcass back up on Earth, and rightly so, because the joke's on you. I came to say, "Hi."
