My angel

Remembered the short period of actually being loved...it is also painful.

Every day,
Life is fake,
When you are not here,
My soul will fade.

Your beautiful face,
Your voice guides through the maze
Your arms protect against all harm,
Your hugs ever so warm.

My guardian angel,
My guide,
My cutie.

I look into Your blue eyes,
Two infinite oceans,
Feeling freedom,
Ever so bright blue,
Ever so mighty, powerful.

Your beautiful face,
Ever so tempting,
Even now, at this poem's ending.

Its all for now...after my feelins get a normal pace again... i will write more.

Great write! Lot's of emotion in this piece, I can tell that you're writing from your own experience, the analogies you used were awesome and the vocabulary was refined. The end came off as a cliff hanger of sorts, but it also seems as if it signifies the abrupt end of a relationship. Awesome job!

Can I just tell you I love this? The poem was great, but my boyfriends eyes are blue so when you mentioned that color specifically my heart turned in my chest and allowed me to connect to the poem a little bit more. I love this also because of the message, the poem is rather sad. You captured gain and loss so perfectly. When a person saves you from the world itself then just disappears from your life it's hard to cope with and it feels like you lost a piece of yourself. Nice poem.
