He writes his sorrows in a list One word at a time A monosyllabic memorial To his pain
Accounting for every moment Every person who walked away Every mistaken friendship Every invisible soul Every chance to grow Every reason not to Every grief ungrieved Every hidden smile
We all lose things in our lives Our self- inventories crumble Upon themselves slowly Like dust at our feet Covering up what we used to be Who we used to know What we used to feel
This reads like an arrow to the heart for me. It makes me think of how our lives effect each other, no matter how great the distance.
It's deep, it's poignant, and it made me think. That's pretty heavy for five minutes!

I have to admit that I have spent a majority of my own life logging away the sorrows, only to use them later in poetic expressions. Thought-provoking work here...

This is beautiful. It captures the necessity people feel to control things and hold on to things that simply aren't meant to be kept. Its sad and lonely and true. Awesome job.

Thank you so much!! You really got what i was writing about.
Beautifully bittersweet words tracing life over all these endless glimpses and emotions and connections. Letting go is never easy, and saying goodbyes can bring unending pain. So powerfully spoken.

5 minutes can be more enough create great monument. And you did. I wonder how much pain exist on this world. If somebody can weight this heavy stuff. Is there any god. Poetry go to straight to my blood and flesh. Strong and gentle.
