The Kingdom of Peter Pan

The Kingdom of Peter Pan

Live life while you still can, before the diamonds in the sky cease to be

The Kingdom of Peter Pan

We live in a world of sanguine sunsets

That could come crashing down at any moment

But still we breathe and fear flows on every breath

This place has become a palace of forgotten names

So rise and stand, it's time to join the valiant

Who're unafraid to live a life of few regrets

At your fingertips is the kingdom of Peter Pan

Dance among the faeries while you still can

Welcome to the carnival, the eternal festival

One day we'll all finish our final act and take one last bow

So abandon those boring card tricks, play with real magic now

Since the day you were born you've held the wizard's wand

Most of us don't realize what we've got until the day it's gone

As you wait in line for the Dead Man's Opera

And look back at every single thing you've done

Your memories will only hum  lamentable cradlesongs

If you don't complete every crusade that you want

So rise and stand face to face with the Kraken

Don't be afraid to live fully until the end

On this very day, fly away with the griffins

Of you fantasies, through a sky of zeppelins

Welcome to the carnival, the eternal festival

One day we'll all finish our final act and take one last bow

So abandon those boring card tricks, play with real magic now

Since the day you were born you've held the wizard's wand

Most of us don't realize what we've got until the day it's gone

So rise and stand with the gods of Mount Olympus

Don't be afraid to live fully until the end

Welcome to the carnival, the eternal festival

One day we'll all finish our final act and take one last bow

So abandon those boring card tricks, play with real magic now

Since the day you were born you've held the wizard's wand

Most of us don't realize what we've got until the day it's gone

At you fingertips is the kingdom of Peter Pan

Dance among the faeries while you still can

DoormanDan
I tried to add a fantasy feel to this song. Tell me what you think! Is this worth a cupcake or burnt toast?

there are a lot of lyrics out there, and there is enough depth to make this whole and complete, it's might be tricky finding a melody to go with it,

But if you get a stomach ache, we will all be sad...lol
I actually Like it and I feel like you describe also some sceneries about life but with the fantasy touch
''As you wait in line for the Dead Man's Opera
And look back at every single thing you've done
Your memories will only hum lamentable cradlesongs''
I really Like that line, good work!
