Angels in Disguise

Angels in Disguise

A Poem by Danielle Calhoun

ANGELS IN DISGUISE

An angel in disguise:
Someone who lets you know what is wrong and what is wise
Sometimes they are people you meet
Sometimes they are people on the street

An angel in disguise:
Someone who you thought you never knew.
Someone who lets you know you are loved all your days through

An angel in disguise:
Someone like you
Who showed me the way
You are my angel
From now ‘til my dying day.
