Varieties of Brown

Varieties of Brown

A Poem by Dana Marie

Endlessness;

I see endlessness with strong edges.

No one believes in true desire.

the darkened depths of the blackest binary,

you hold forever out of sight.

When we met, blade of grass;

when I left, rose.

Growing into uncertianty,

mystery,

disease.

Antidote; medicine tastes painful,

I refuse the plastic cup.

Hello disease,

rose,

field of wheat.

I read a few times. Your word usage and description made me want to discover the whole story in your words.
A excellent poem.

Mysterious.... it is very interesting. I think the third line is your strongest. As a reader, I am interested to maybe know a little more, by feeling, seeing, or tasting, etc. You can use imagery to portray this. Great start.
