Turn AroundA Poem by Dana Ferguson
Lost in my mind,
wrong the whole time. I mistook it for another, this feeling for my lover. Chasing in opposite directions, finding clues failing inspections. Suddenly a light caress, a kiss on top of my head. He never stopped since this started, clues were long misread. Stop. Turn around. We're both where we are, I'm no longer mislead.
